To allow entry of any data, a valid email address is needed. This email address must exist in the WVCN membership database. If you are not sure the address exist in this database, just enter your email address and a password and the web will inform you if you have a valid address or not. If you do not have a valid address, an email will need to be sent to office@wvcn.org, so it can be added in the membership database and web.


Entering a User ID is not necessary. However, if you prefer to have a shorter name to login rather than your email address, then enter a user ID. Anything you choose will be accepted, if it has not already been taken.

First time user: Enter your email address and a password of your choosing. Remember this password for future use.

To create a user ID: Enter your email address, user ID and password. After the user ID is associated to your email address, you may login with your user ID and password.
